Sequence of Operation
A synchronized multi-step workflow guarantees reliable activation and maximum occupant safety:
1. Detection & Verification
Smoke or heat detectors trigger the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) to verify the threat.
2. Pre-Discharge Alert
Audio-visual alarms activate to allow immediate personnel evacuation within a safe timeframe.
3. Controlled Release
Following a 20–30 second delay, the clean agent is injected via distribution piping and nozzles.
4. Suppression & Holding
Agent reduces oxygen/absorbs heat. The room remains sealed for ~10 minutes to prevent re-ignition.
